Brunswick Heads is a small town on the north coast of New South Wales, Australia in Byron Shire and it is 17 kilometres (11 mi) from the regional centre of Byron Bay.
It is located on the traditional lands of the Bundjalung Nation and, specifically, the Arakwal people although it also includes parts of the Minjungbal and Widjabal territories.
At the 2021 census, the town had a population of 1,686 people.
