British television coverage of the Apollo 11 mission, the first crewed landing on the Moon, lasted from 16 to 24 July 1969. Three UK television channels, BBC1, BBC2 and ITV, provided extensive coverage of the mission. Most of the footage covering the event was wiped or lost, however some fragments of certain broadcasts have been found.
