Boyd Blake Rice (born December 16, 1956) is an American experimental sound/noise musician using the name of NON since the mid-1970s. An industrial musician, he is also a writer and photographer. Rice's music and art have been influenced by fascist ideas and aesthetics, and he has often been accused of fascist sympathies as a result.
