Borisav "Bora" Ristić (31 December 1883 – 30 October 1967) was a high-ranking officer of the Serbian Army. For a short time, he held the post of the Minister of the Army, Navy and Air Force in the Yugoslav government-in-exile, in the cabinet of Ivan Šubašić.
