Boris Yuryevich Titov (Russian: Борис Юрьевич Титов; born 24 December 1960) is a Russian politician and businessman serving as the Special Presidential Envoy for Relations with International Organizations to Achieve Sustainable Development Goals since 2024. He was known as the presidential commissioner for entrepreneurs' rights from 2012 to 2022. Titov has led the Party of Growth, previously known as Right Cause, since February 2016.

In the 2018 presidential election, Titov ran as a candidate, finishing sixth place with 0.76% of the vote.
