Boonville is a town in Oneida County, New York, United States. The town is in the northeastern section of the county. The population was 4,518 at the 2020 census. The town includes a village, also called Boonville. The town and village are named after Gerrit Boon, an agent of the Holland Land Company. As of 2024, the village's mayor is Judith Dellerba.
