Standing at 6 ft 7 in (2.01 m), he played the small forward position. In the National Basketball Association (NBA), Bogdanović played for the Brooklyn Nets, Washington Wizards, Indiana Pacers, Utah Jazz, Detroit Pistons, and New York Knicks. He also represented the Croatian national team internationally.
