Blender is a free and open-source 3D computer graphics software tool set that runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, BSD, Haiku, and IRIX. It is used for general 3D modeling and animation - however, it's most known for creating animated films, visual effects, art, 3D-printed models, motion graphics, interactive 3D applications, virtual reality, and creating 3D models for video games.
Blender was used to produce the Academy Award-winning film Flow (2024).
