Blair McDougall (born 3 June 1978) is a Scottish Labour Party politician and former political adviser who has served as the Member of Parliament for East Renfrewshire since 2024. He is best known as head strategist to the Better Together campaign during the 2014 Scottish independence referendum. He has served as a Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State in the Department for Business and Trade since 2025.
