Diocese of Gallipoli

The Diocese of Gallipoli (Latin: Dioecesis Gallipolitana) was a Latin Church ecclesiastical territory of the Catholic Church in the province of Apulia in southern Italy. It was erected in the 6th century. On September 30, 1986, the diocese was suppressed, and its territory merged into the Diocese of Nardò-Gallipoli.
