Bishop Sankey (born September 15, 1992) is an American former professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Tennessee Titans in the second round of the 2014 NFL draft. Sankey played college football for the Washington Huskies.

After starting 12 games over two seasons with the Titans, Sankey then had stints with the New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs and Minnesota Vikings over the next two seasons without seeing any game action. After a year away from football, Sankey saw game action again playing for the San Diego Fleet of the short-lived Alliance of American Football in 2019. Later that year, he was signed to the practice roster of the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL). After the cancellation of the 2020 CFL season, he signed an extension with the Argonauts in 2021, but retired before the season began.
