Simon Njoku Ekpa (born 21 March 1985) is a Finnish politician and Biafran political activist. In 2022, while in Finland, he declared the activation of the Biafra Government In Exile (BGIE), and in 2023 declared himself the leader (titled "Prime Minister") of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile (BRGIE). In September 2025, he was sentenced to six years in prison on terrorism-related charges.
