In North America, Berlin Packaging developed and scaled its hybrid business model, integrating distribution with sourcing, inventory management, and packaging design services. The region also serves as a hub for global functions, including corporate leadership, supplier management, and global account coordination.

Berlin Packaging EMEA was established following the acquisition of Bruni Glass in 2016 and has since grown through a series of strategic acquisitions of local and regional packaging specialists. The EMEA organization operates across multiple countries, including Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and several Central and Eastern European markets, as well as South Africa.

As of 2022, the firm had 130+ sales offices and warehouses across the world with locations in the United States, Canada, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Greece, Denmark, UK, South Africa, and China.
