Benjamin Neeve Peach FRS FRSE FGS (6 September 1842 – 29 January 1926) was a British geologist. He is best remembered for his work on the Northwest Highlands and Southern Uplands with John Horne, by which they resolved the long-running "Highlands Controversy" with the 1907 publication The Geological Structure of the North-West Highlands of Scotland.
