Baume & Mercier (French pronunciation: [bɔm ˈe mer-sjej]) is a Swiss luxury watchmaker with origins dating back to 1830. It was a subsidiary of the Swiss luxury conglomerate Richemont until Richemont sold Baume & Mercier to Italy’s Damiani Group.
