Basharat (Urdu: بشارت) is a village and union council of Chakwal District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan, it is part of Choa Saidan Shah Tehsil.
It is home to several coal mines as well as Chehel Abdal Peak, the second highest peak in the Salt Range at the height of 3,701 ft.
