Basay, officially the Municipality of Basay (/bɑːˈs/ bah-SY; Cebuano: Lungsod sa Basay; Hiligaynon: Banwa sang Basay; Tagalog: Bayan ng Basay), is a municipality in the province of Negros Oriental, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 30,018 people.
