Banri Kaieda (海江田 万里, Kaieda Banri; born 26 February 1949) is a Japanese politician who is served as the Vice Speaker of the House of Representatives of Japan from 2021 to 2024. A member of the House of Representatives of Japan, he also served as the President of the Democratic Party of Japan between 2012 and 2014. He is a former minister in the Kan cabinet.
