Bangar, officially the Municipality of Bangar (Ilocano: Ili ti Bangar; Filipino: Bayan ng Bangar), is a coastal municipality in the province of La Union, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 38,190 people.

The town known for its loom-weaving or "abel", and blacksmithing or "panday" industries.
