Baler (/bɑːˈlɛr/, /bɒˈlɛr/, /bʌˈlɛər/, bah-LAIR; [bɐˈleɾ]), officially the Municipality of Baler (Tagalog: Bayan ng Baler; Ilocano: Ili ti Baler; Spanish: Municipio de Baler), is a municipality and capital of the province of Aurora, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 44,684 people.

The town is known as the birthplace of Manuel L. Quezon, the 2nd President of the Philippines.
