Balance is the debut album by Canadian hip hop group Swollen Members. It was released on the Battle Axe Records label. The album reached No. 40 on Canada's Alternative Albums chart in 2001. It has sold 41,000 copies since its release, earning it gold status in Canada. Guest stars include Del tha Funkee Homosapien, Saafir, Dilated Peoples, Everlast, and Son Doobie. The album won the 2000 Juno Award for Rap Recording of the Year.
