Atalia Praratya (born 20 November 1973), also known as Ibu Cinta, is an Indonesian politician and academic. She has served as a member of the House of Representatives for the West Java I electoral district since 1 October 2024. She is the former spouse of Ridwan Kamil, former governor of West Java and former mayor of Bandung.
Since 2013, Atalia has served as a commissioner of PT Urbane Indonesia. She has been a permanent lecturer at Widyatama University since 2020. She is also the founder of Jabar Bergerak and served as Chair of the West Java Provincial Scout Council.
