Archena is a municipality in the Region of Murcia, Spain, located in its northeastern part. It has a population of 20,976 (2024) and covers an area of 16.5 km2 (6.4 sq mi). The municipality lies 24 km (15 mi) from the regional capital, Murcia.
Archena is known for its hot spring spa, which dates back to Roman times. The spa complex includes three hotels, and additional Roman ruins were discovered at the site during recent development works.
