Count Anton Bogdanovich de Balmen (Russian: Антон Богданович де Бальмен; 1741 – 15 October 1790) was a Russian general of Scottish origin who served as the governor-general of Kursk and Oryol. He was also a commander of the Russian Caucasian Corps.
