Angus is a 1995 coming-of-age comedy film directed by Patrick Read Johnson. The film stars George C. Scott, Chris Owen, Ariana Richards, Anna Thomson, Charlie Talbert in his film debut as the eponymous character, and Kathy Bates. Angus is based on the short story "A Brief Moment in the Life of Angus Bethune" by Chris Crutcher, from his collection Athletic Shorts: Six Short Stories.
