Andrey Yevgenyevich Klychkov (Russian: Андрей Евгеньевич Клычков; born 9 May 1980), is a Russian state and political figure, and a lawyer. He is currently serving as the Governor of Oryol Oblast since 5 October 2017. Previously he was a Deputy of the Moscow City Duma.
