Andrey Vasilievich Filatov (Russian: Андре́й Васи́льевич Фила́тов; born 18 December 1971) is a Russian businessman. Filatov is chairman of the Board of Directors of Tuloma investment company, and a co-owner of the Globaltrans company. In 2021, Forbes estimated his wealth at $850 million. His companies have stakes in the energy sector in Uzbekistan and Russia. Filatov is also President of the Chess Federation of Russia (from 1992 to 2018 – Russian Chess Federation).
