Anand Prasad Dhungana (Nepali: आनन्द प्रसाद ढुँगाना) is a Nepali politician affiliated with Nepali Congress. He has served as Minister at various points in time. He is also a central committee member of the Nepali Congress. He has also served as a member of the 1st Constituent Assembly and 2nd Constituent Assembly representing Nepali Congress party.
