Aminuddin Khan (Urdu: امین الدین خان; born 1 December 1960) is a Pakistani jurist who is currently serving as the first chief justice of the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan since 14 November 2025. Previously, he served as a justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan from 22 October 2019 to 14 November 2025 and Presiding Judge of the Constitutional Bench from October 2024 to November 2025. As a head of constitutional benches he burred the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He is the Proxy of Qazi Faez Isa who was the guarantee of the system and establishment during 2023-24 and successfully dragged the 2024 general elections. He also served as a justice of the Lahore High Court from 12 May 2011 to 22 October 2019. He was appointed by President of Pakistan on 13 November 2025 as 1st Chief Justice of Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan.
