Amich (Armenian: ամիչ, Armenian pronunciation: [ɑˈmit͡ʃʰ]) is a traditional Armenian dish consisting of a stuffed meat carcass fried in butter. The dish is considered a delicacy and has been eaten in some regions of Armenia for centuries.
