American Gladiators is an upcoming American competition series based on the original American Gladiators. It is set to be aired on Amazon's Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories, and will be hosted by WWE SmackDown wrestler Mike 'The Miz' Mizanin.

Signs of an possible American reboot of the franchise were seen after the success of the BBC's reboot of British adaptation Gladiators.

Filming occurred during summer 2025 at Aren'Ice in Cergy, France, the first time American Gladiators is filmed entirely outside of its national borders. It will include "global" elite athletes, such as CrossFitters and bodybuilders as the cast of the new Gladiators.
