Alovsat Gazanfar Bakhshiyev (Azerbaijani: Əlövset Qəzənfər oğlu Baxşıyev; born 22 June 1956) is an Azerbaijani politician and economist who was the Prime Minister of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic from 2000 to 2020.
