Alison Selina Hernandez is an Independent British politician, and the current Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall. She was elected representing the Conservative Party to the post on 5 May 2016, succeeding Tony Hogg. She was re-elected, again as a Conservative, in 2021 and 2024. In 2026 she left the Conservative Party.
