Alexey Alexeyevich Gromov (Russian: Алексей Алексеевич Громов; born 31 May 1960) is a Russian politician. He is First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of Russia. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation. He has been referred to as "Vladimir Putin's media puppetmaster".
