Alex Michael Caruso (born February 28, 1994) is an American professional basketball player for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Texas A&M Aggies, earning second-team all-Southeastern Conference (SEC) honors as a senior in 2016. He is a two-time NBA champion, winning titles with the Lakers in 2020 and the Thunder in 2025. He is widely regarded by analysts and fellow players as one of the greatest and most versatile defenders of his generation.
