Alcantara, officially the Municipality of Alcantara, is a municipality in the province of Romblon, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 16,417 people.

It is known for its traditional carabao-drawn carts, commonly used for local transportation. Also it is recognized for its tourist attractions, which include the Alcantara Hot Springs, the Mag-Asawang Tubig Hot Spring, the Iyon-Iyon Falls, and the well-known Mag-aso Falls, all popular destinations for visitors.
