Alani (Armenian: ալանի, Armenian pronunciation: [ɑlɑˈni] ⓘ) is a traditional Armenian sweet made from dried, pitted peaches filled with a mixture of ground walnuts, sugar, and spices such as cinnamon and cardamom. It is mainly found in the eastern regions of Armenia, particularly in the Gegharkunik Province.
