Aigül Saifollaqyzy Qūspan (Kazakh: Айгүл Сайфоллақызы Құспан, born 24 July 1961) is a Kazakh politician and diplomat, who's serving as a Member of the Mäjilis and Chairwoman of its Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Security since January 2021.

Before her parliamentary career, Qūspan served as the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as Permanent Representative to the European Union and NATO from 22 May 2018 to 14 January 2021.
