Ahmad al-Hajjar (Arabic: أحمد الحجار; born 1967) is a retired brigadier general of the Lebanese Army and the current Minister of Interior and Municipalities in Lebanon, appointed in the government of Prime Minister Nawaf Salam in February 2025. His career is marked by extensive experience in national security, intelligence, and law enforcement.
