Ahmad Matin-Daftari, also known as Mo'in al-Dowleh (Persian: احمد متیندفتری; 23 January 1897 – 26 June 1971), was an Iranian politician. He served as the Prime Minister of Pahlavi Iran from 1939 until 1940.
