Agira (Italian: [aˈdʒiːra]; Sicilian: Aggira; Ancient Greek: Ἀγύριον, romanizedAgúrion) is a town and municipality (comune) in the Province of Enna in the autonomous island region of Sicily in Italy. It is located in the mid-valley of the River Salso, 35 kilometres (22 miles) from Enna. Until 1861 it was called San Filippo d'Argiriò, in honour of its saint Philip of Agira. It has 7,567 inhabitants.

It is one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia ("The most beautiful villages of Italy"). The modern city overlies the ancient one of which few traces remain.
