Adawan (Arabic: عدوان) is a village in southern Syria, administratively part of Izraa District in the Daraa Governorate. Nearby localities include ash-Shaykh Saad to the east, Saham al-Jawlan to the southwest and Tasil to the west. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics, Adawan had a population of 2,487 in the 2004 census. Its inhabitants are predominantly Sunni Muslims.
