Adaejah Hodge (born 13 May 2006) is a track and field athlete from the British Virgin Islands who competes as a sprinter. She competed at the 2023 World Athletics Championships and 2024 Olympic Games, prior to winning the gold medal in the 200 metres, and the silver medal in the 100 metres, at the 2024 World U20 Championships. Competing in the United States, she won the 200 metres at the 2026 NCAA Indoor Championships.
