EponymAchelous

Achelous (/ˌækɪˈl.əs/) is a relatively young impact crater on Jupiter's largest moon Ganymede. Located near the similarly sized Gula, both craters are surrounded by a distinct raised pedestal formed from ejecta blasted out by their formative impact events.
