The Aam Janata Unnayan Party (AJUP; Bengali: আম জনতা উন্নয়ন পার্টি, romanized: Aam Jôntā Unnôyôn Pārṭi, lit. Common Men's Development Party) is a regional political party in the Indian state of West Bengal. The party was founded on 22 December 2025 by Humayun Kabir, a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the Bharatpur Assembly constituency.
The party was formed following Kabir’s suspension from the All India Trinamool Congress. According to its leadership, the Janata Unnayan Party aims to represent grassroots interests, with a focus on secularism, social justice, and minority rights. The party has indicated its intention to contest the 2026 West Bengal Legislative Assembly election.
