Vice-Admiral Aage Helgesen Vedel (1 September 1894 – 6 February 1981) was a Royal Danish Navy officer who served as chief of the Naval Command from 1941 until 1958. During World War II, he succeeded in scuttling most of the Danish navy's ships before they could fall into German hands.
