740 Eighth Avenue, also known as The Torch, is a supertall hotel skyscraper under construction in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, designed by ODA Architecture. It is planned to reach a height of 1,067 feet (325.1 meters) and originally expected to be completed in 2027. Construction stalled as of March 2024, but restarted in June 2025.
