The 2026 Houston Astros season will be the 65th season for the Major League Baseball (MLB) franchise located in Houston, Texas, their 62nd as the Astros, 14th in both the American League (AL) and AL West division, and 27th at Daikin Park.
Former outfielder Carlos Beltrán and second baseman Jeff Kent, integral pieces to Houston's first-ever National League (NL) Wild Card title in 2004, were elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame.
Houston is one of four host cities for the 2026 World Baseball Classic (WBC) tournament, with games to take place at Daikin Park.
