The next Bangkok gubernatorial election will be held in 5 July 2026. The incumbent Governor of Bangkok is Chadchart Sittipunt, who has announced he will run for re-election.

The People's Party has indicated it will promote candidates for the race. The party was elected all of Bangkok's 33 seats in the House of Representatives in the 2026 Thai general election.
