Jannik Sinner defeated Félix Auger-Aliassime in the final, 6–4, 7–6(7–4), to win the singles tennis title at the 2025 Paris Masters. It was his fifth ATP Masters 1000 title and 23rd ATP Tour title overall. Sinner did not lose a set en route to the title, and dropped only 29 games, the fewest since the event switched to hardcourts in 2007.

Sinner regained the world No. 1 singles ranking by winning the title. He became the first Italian man to reach the quarterfinals of all nine ATP Masters 1000 tournaments. Carlos Alcaraz was also in contention at the beginning of the tournament.

Alexander Zverev was the defending champion, but lost in the semifinals to Sinner.
